RETURNS POLICY

If there is a manufacturer defect with your purchase your product(s) must be returned unused and in original condition.

You must contact us by phone or email within 7 days of your purchase to be eligible for a refund.

-All SALE items are final and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.
-Products must be sent back to Tradition Towels within 7 days of receipt.
-Please ensure that all products are unused and returned in original packaging.
-Tradition Towels is not responsible for any return shipping fees, including any customs or import fees.
-We cannot exchange products. If you’d like to order another product, we can issue a discount code for a new order.
-Once your return has been quality checked, refunds will be sent back to your original method of payment. Refunds should show in your account in 10-15 business days.
-We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for any packages lost in transit.
-If your refund does not show in your account within 10-15 business days, please contact us by email at sales@letssupport.com.

SHIPPING POLICY
Turnaround
Orders are shipped on business days only, Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders usually ship within 48 hours.

Carriers
Wholesale:
We use USPS for United States wholesale parcels.

Retail (*USA only):
We use USPS for United States retail sales. You will receive an email including detailed info for tracking with your order.

Please contact us for shipping rates to international addresses.

Shipping Rates
USA Only:
We have a $5.90 flat shipping rate for all retail orders.
You will be informed at checkout if there are any additional shipping fees.
